Rust and machine sludge remover

Remove rust from metal parts and sludge from wire cutting machines.

Uses

• Removal of rust on metal workpieces, molds and other ferrous materials
• Removal of sludge on wire cutting machines

How to use

Use undiluted

Please do not dilute Rust Remover K-200.

Soak and rinse

• 1. Soak the rusted workpiece in K-200.
• 2. Rinse the product well with water as soon as the rust dissolves.
• 3. Since rust is likely after rinsing with water, apply a water-replaceable rust preventive agent (such as CP-4000).

Apply with brush or cloth

• 1. Apply the remover to the rusty surface using a brush or cloth.
• 2. As soon as the rust dissolves, rinse the surface with water using another brush or cloth.
• 3. Since rust is likely after rinsing with water, apply a water-replaceable rust preventive agent (such as CP-4000) if possible.

Plastic container 　OK
Metallic container 　NO

Use a hard plastic container for soaking the workpiece. Avoid metal containers.
