KC-12 Rust remover (acidic)

Water dilutable and economical rust remover

Remove rust from wire-cut products and metal parts.

Uses

• Removal of rust on metal workpieces, molds and other ferrous materials

How to use

Use undiluted or up to 10-fold dilution

Dilute up to 1:10 depending on the degree of rust on the surface.
Note: Try three-fold dilution first. Then check the degree of rust removal and adjust the dilution accordingly.

Soak and rinse

• 1. Soak the rusted workpiece in KC-12.
• 2. Rinse the product well with water as soon as the rust dissolves.
• 3. Since rust is likely after rinsing with water, apply a water-replaceable rust preventive agent (such as CP-4000).

Note: If the KC-12 deteriorates, replace it with new fluid rather than adding more.

Plastic container 　OK
Metallic container 　NO

Use a hard plastic container for soaking the workpiece. Avoid metal containers.
